Of course we hope you’ll love everything you receive from Danna Bananas but if you receive a product and you are not 100% satisfied, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund for your novelty gifts. Please return it to us in it's original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we’ll be happy to ship you out a replacement or issue you a refund. You will only be refunded the cost of the product and taxes on the product. We completely understand if you didn't like the item or you accidentally ordered the wrong item, but unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping fee on any return(shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.)
Shipping & Delivery

We are a Canadian Company and ship to the world. If you choose Flat Rate Shipping, items will be shipped Expedited Parcel via Canada/U.S. Post to destinations inside Canada and the United States. This includes a tracking number and insurance for every parcel. If you would prefer faster delivery please choose one of the United Parcel Service (UPS) options. For orders around the rest of the globe please choose United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship your orders. Cost estimates for UPS shipments are close approximations calculated by the UPS website. When we ship outside of Canada, your package must go through customs in the destination country. Please note that brokerage fees, duties and taxes may apply in the country where the goods are being shipped to. The payment of brokerage fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time the order is received.

Free Expedited Shipping Policy for Orders Over $150.00:

This only applies to shipments with destinations inside Canada and the United States. This is the total cost of all products before any shipping charges or taxes are applied.

What if my Package Doesn't Arrive on Time?

When we ship outside of Canada, your package must go through customs in the destination country. Sometimes they have a small backlog but we know that they try and keep the mail moving smoothly.


The material used to package your purchases is either re-used packing material from our wholesalers or recycled shredded paper from our home/business. We re-use as many of the boxes we receive from our wholesalers as possible and recycle the rest.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Our secure online shopping system is open 24 hrs. a day/7days a wk. for your wacky shopping fix. We use Pay Pal Secure Account Transfer Service & accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards via PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay with any of these credit cards.

How to pay using your credit card:

1. When you are checking out, choose the " Paypal Standard" option and it will take you to the "Payment Review" page.

2. Select "Place Order" and it will take you to the Paypal page.

3. When you get to the PayPal page, you can choose "Don't Have A PayPal account?" option.

4. Then type in your credit card information.

5. Once your payment has been processed, you will be directed back to Danna Bananas.

How to Pay using Cheque or Money Order:

1. When you are checking out, choose "Cheque or Money Order".

2. You will be directed to the "Place Order page".

3. Mail your cheque to our address on the "About Us" page.

4. Once we receive your cheque, we will wait for it to clear at the bank (this could take up to 6 business days).

5. After your cheque has cleared, we will ship out your order.


Taxes - Canadian Orders:

Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) - BC (12%), NB (13%), NL (13%), NS (15%), ON (13%) - (combined GST and PST)

Goods and Services Tax (GST)- AB, MB, PE, NT, NU, PE, QC, SK & YT are all subject to 5% GST charge

Taxes - Orders outside of Canada:

No Federal (GST) or Provincial (PST) taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada.

The purchaser is responsible for any taxes, duty or customs charges that may apply to their orders.

You can only view your order if you have signed up for an account. Once you have signed in go to the "Your Account" tab at the top of the page and navigate to the "Order" button on the left side of the screen. This will show you the status of your order.
