Shipping & Delivery Times within Canada and the United States

If you choose Flat Rate Shipping items will be shipped Expedited Parcel via Canada/U.S.Post to destinations inside Canada and the United States. This includes a tracking number and insurance for every parcel.

When we ship within Canada, we will charge taxes on the package depending on the province it is being shipped to. Since the package is being shipped within Canada there will not be any brokerage fees, custom fees, border fees, bond fees, tariffs, duties or taxes to pay when the receiver takes delivery of the parcel.

When we ship to the United States, we will not be charging you taxes on your package but it must go through U.S. customs. Please note that brokerage fees, duties and taxes may apply after your package crosses the border into the U.S. The payment of brokerage fees, duties and taxes for novelty gifts and other items are the responsibility of the receiver when they take delivery of the parcel.

Delivery to Canadian provinces normally takes 3-5 business days. Delivery to the intercontinental United States takes from 3-7 business days. This is an estimate only and may vary depending on weather, time of year etc. Saturday & Sunday delivery is not provided.

Worldwide Shipping

For orders around the rest of the globe, please choose United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship your orders. Cost estimates for UPS shipments are close approximations calculated by the UPS website. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time the order is received. When we ship outside of Canada, your package must go through customs in the destination country. Please note that brokerage fees, duties and taxes may apply in the country where the goods are being shipped to. The payment of brokerage fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Free Expedited Shipping Policy for Orders Over $150.00:

This only applies to shipments with destinations inside Canada and the United States. This is the total cost of all products before any shipping charges or taxes are applied. For now you will be charged for the shipping up front and we will refund the cost of the shipping through Paypal once your order has been processed.

What if my Package Doesn't Arrive on Time?

When we ship outside of Canada, your package must go through Customs in your country. Sometimes they have a small backlog, but we know that they try and keep the mail moving smoothly.

Packaging

The material used to package your purchases is either re-used packing material from our wholesalers or recycled shredded paper from our home/business. We re-use as many of the boxes we receive from our wholesalers as possible and recycle the rest.
