Q: How do I order?
Danna Bananas is an online retail store. You can order online using our secure online ordering system 24 hours a day/7days a week. Simply add items to your cart and "checkout" like you would at a store. We accept all major credit cards which are processed using PayPal Secure Account Transfer Service.
Q: Do you accept cheques and money orders?
We accept cheques and money orders. Orders will only be shipped once cheques and money orders are received and cleared. Make cheques payable to Danna Bananas. Mail cheques to:

Q: Is it safe to shop on-line with Danna Bananas?

Q: Do you need a PayPal account to make payments with Danna Bananas?
No, you do not. Just select, “Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available).
Q: How do I track my order?
Orders shipped within Canada using Canada Post - Expedited Parcel are given tracking numbers. This tracking number will be posted in the "order notes" section of your order status when you sign in and click on the "order status" button. Once you have your tracking number you can track your package on www.canadapost.ca.
Orders shipped outside of Canada, tracking numbers are only available if a courier service is requested.
Q: What if I cannot find a product I am looking for?
If you are having trouble finding a product on our website, please contact us. If it is something we do not have in our line up, we may be able to order it for you. Q: What is your return policy?
Thank you for making your purchase at Danna Bananas. If you are not completely/100% satisfied we GUARANTEE you a fast, courteous refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Products must be shipped back in their original packaging and in excellent condition. We do not pay for the return freight on returned goods. In the case of a defect or flaw of merchandise the gift recipient or the purchaser must contact us first by email at: danna@dannabananas.com or telephone Danna Bananas Toll Free 1-866-580-9860 or (905) 422-0055 to receive information for the return.

Q: When will my order be processed?
We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, your order will be dispatched with in-stock items within 24 to 48 hours of ordering (Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays).

Q: What if my Package Doesn't Arrive on Time?
When we ship outside of Canada, your package must go through Customs in your country. Sometimes they have a small backlog, but we know that they try and keep the mail moving smoothly.
Q: Can I pay for an order and ship to someone else?
Yes, you can.
Q: Can I pick up in person?
Sorry, we do not have a retail location and therefore cannot offer that option.
